Venezuela reorganiza su política exterior para impulsar el comercio y atraer nuevas inversionesLa nueva cartera une diplomacia y comercio para impulsar la inversiónVenezuela dio un nuevo paso en la reorganización de su política exterior con la designación del diplomático Félix Plasencia al frente del recién creado Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones y Comercio Exterior, una cartera que fusiona las funciones diplomáticas y comerciales con el objetivo de fortalecer la presencia internacional del país y convertir la política exterior en una herramienta para estimular la inversión, el comercio y la recuperación económica. El nombramiento forma parte de una remodelación del gabinete anunciada por la presidenta encargada Delcy Rodríguez y representa uno de los cambios institucionales más importantes del Gobierno venezolano durante 2026. |
