Bolivia emite alerta por crisis social y bloqueos

Autoridades recomiendan precaución ante protestas, escasez de suministros y posible uso de medidas de emergencia

Bolivia enfrenta una situación de alta inestabilidad social debido a protestas prolongadas que han provocado bloqueos de carreteras, escasez de productos básicos y alteraciones significativas en la movilidad dentro del país.

Las autoridades han informado que las manifestaciones, protagonizadas por sindicatos, organizaciones indígenas y sectores rurales, han interrumpido rutas estratégicas, afectando el transporte de alimentos, combustible y suministros médicos. En varias ciudades se han registrado dificultades de abastecimiento y congestión en puntos de distribución.

El conflicto social, que comenzó tras la propuesta de reformas agrarias y se intensificó con la eliminación de subsidios a los combustibles, ha escalado a un escenario de confrontación sostenida entre sectores movilizados y el gobierno. La situación ha generado incertidumbre en la población y un deterioro progresivo de las condiciones de movilidad y comercio.

El gobierno ha advertido que podría recurrir a mecanismos constitucionales extraordinarios para restablecer el orden, incluyendo la posibilidad de declarar estados de emergencia. Esta medida permitiría una mayor intervención de las fuerzas de seguridad en zonas bloqueadas.

Ante este panorama, se recomienda a la población evitar desplazamientos innecesarios, mantenerse informada a través de canales oficiales y prever posibles interrupciones en el suministro de bienes esenciales. También se sugiere a transportistas y viajeros planificar rutas con anticipación debido a los bloqueos activos en distintas regiones del país.

Las autoridades continúan promoviendo el diálogo con los sectores en protesta, aunque hasta el momento no se ha logrado una reducción significativa de las movilizaciones ni de las tensiones sociales.
