Setores da oposição questionaram a forma como a maioria foi consolidada, apontando que parte do controle parlamentar foi alcançada por meio de movimentos estratégicos dentro do sistema político. Esse debate adiciona tensão institucional em um momento em que o governo busca projetar estabilidade.

No cenário internacional, o Canadá tenta se posicionar como um ator confiável em meio a um ambiente geopolítico volátil. Conflitos em outras regiões, tensões comerciais e mudanças no equilíbrio global reforçaram a importância de países com estabilidade institucional e liderança técnica.

O desafio para Mark Carney agora é transformar esse capital político em resultados concretos. A combinação de controle legislativo, pressão econômica e tensões externas cria um cenário em que cada decisão terá impacto além das fronteiras do país.
